She made me a Mama

Happy Mother’s day to all you amazing mama’s out there! Last mother’s day I was huge and preggo, now I’m chasing around a very active almost one year old! This year it definitely feels more official with baby girl out of my belly! We had a little photo shoot today and it ended up being basically all adorable photo’s of Scarlet, although I did get a semi good one of the both of us. She is so on the move and doesn’t want to “pose” and be held for pictures! I am so honored to be her mommy. It’s crazy how a Mama’s love comes and invades us when become a Mother, and then permanently changes us. For me that “Mama Bear” instinct came out right away, and I’m convinced it’s here to stay. I love that little girl so! I’m very happy I have her, and she has me. I want to be her best friend forever, and I can’t wait for the many more mother’s days to come! And I also hope the color coordinating outfits last for several more years….Maybe she isn’t old enough to make me a card yet, but I think she’s pretty happy I’m her Mama too…:)
